Erica Cerra, born October 31st 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia, is a Canadian Actress who is best famous for playing the role of Deputy Jo Lupo in the Syfy Show Eureka. Cerra was born in Vancouver British Columbia of Italian descent. As a child Cerra was featured in a variety of ads and fell in love with acting. In the beginning, she paused her acting and returned in 2001 at the age of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine recognized her in 2005 as one Vancouvers five most exciting actresses in the up and coming category. Cerra had starred as Jo Lupo's deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka a Syfy series that ran between 2006 until 2012. In 2006, Cerra also played the role of lead for the Michael Buble music video Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra had prominent roles on many well-known and highly popular TV shows like Battlestar Galactica. Cerra was a part of several significant film projects, like Man About Town starring Ben Affleck alongside Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity starring Wesley Snipes. Cerras body and head were used as the basis of Ashley Williams' character in Mass Effect. Also, she was a guest actor in Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. Khondabi noted that she had got married to Joey Scribner Howard, her love from high school, who works as a mechanical engineer within the energy utilities sector.
